Ultimately, this will bring these customers to you when they will be heading for a serious buy.

· Tell the customer why you are the best. It is true that the customer deserves that right. Don’t go mad while introducing yourself. Keep it simple and up to the point. Never-ever over project yourself. Don't you be worried on that score? Nothing is lost. The fact that the customer visits your store since you have some groovy music is a good enough reason to tell them more about your music. Tell him your real story and not a fake one. If it’s an old record, tell him the real story and so on. Build trust and these customers will build your business.
